I don't understand why people are asked for tips at the drive-thru, especially when we see an employee through the window correcting another employee's mistake by taking my emptied poutine in his hands without gloves without an instrument (utensils) to put it in a larger dish as I asked, just put it back and put some sauce... neither seen nor known! MY POUTINE ENDED UP IN THE TRASH! FINISHED YOU NEVER GOT TO SEE ME AGAIN!? And to respond to the owner's comment... the cheese is cold so no burning... I saw him using his hands without gloves and without a lid! No interest in communicating with you thank you!
Good food Canteen style and super fresh cheese curds, which is skouik skouik. Very good lunch with free coffee. Poutine week is good.

The poutine is good with an acceptable amount of cheese. The problem was that there wasn't enough sauce in the poutine, it was insufficient!! I went back to the counter to kindly ask for some sauce to charge me an extra $4 dollars!!! Do the math: two mini Poutine with smoked meat as well as two cans of Cola plus tip. $45.00 + $4.00 extra for (one) poutine and not both for fries!! Please do what is necessary to remedy this.
