Disappointing...went at 6pm and they were closed due to no employees. Maybe if management paid a living wage and respected their employees they would be open. All other areas in the mall were open, including Chocolat - delicious ice cream just up the stairs...they have employees more than happy to serve you!!

I waited at least 5 minutes to pay and an employee told me that you had to order on the right first (no indication) so I got in the right place and the customer behind me passed me. Also, 2 people arrived after me and another employee made them pay BEFORE ordering so I waited almost 10 minutes and left without taking anything because they passed everyone before me in the end.
