The dishes were perfect, an incredible culinary experience, but an experience tarnished by a somewhat noisy room and above all by an extremely long waiting time between dishes. We were told that there was a group of 15 people which could cause a delay. A little wait would have been understandable but sometimes it was 20 minutes between two courses, the sommelier had to serve the glasses several times because the dishes did not arrive on time! It is not acceptable to endure a group in a restaurant of this level. Especially when you're not rolling in gold and you can only afford this kind of restaurant very occasionally.However, we would like to thank the entire team who worked hard.

Wonderful degustation experience! Our meal was extremely relaxed and clocked in at around 4 hours in total. The staff was very, very friendly and knowledgeable...extremely accommodating on every level. Each course was an experience unto itself, and highly suggest the wine pairing—it's exceptional. Make sure you have a ride home if you do the wine pairing. Can't wait to go back and see how the next menu evolves. This was definitely a top 5 experience for me and my guest, gastronomically.
