We felt some very good things were going to happen when the manager of the restaurant went out in the street to show us how the parking system worked so we could park our car and not get ticketed. Once back in the restaurant we ordered our crepes... 2 sausage, 1 salmon and 1 prosciutto together with beverages:, pale ale , Guiness, wine and cider. Our server was quite attentive bringing what we ordered to us. The food was remarkable in taste and served hot. That's the short story... how we got to agree with the other previous 5 star experiences.

Really enjoyed lunch at this very authentic French creperie. Very friendly service, nice atmosphere, and great food. Highly recommended.

The concierge at the Chateau Frontenac told us that Le Billig had the best crepes in Quebec City. He was absolutely correct! The buckwheat crepes were exceptional. We had the crepes with duck and goat cheese. Wow! Maxim, our server, was wonderful! This restaurant, located a bit out of town, its worth the visit. Great food at a reasonable price!

Poor service. We waited for over an hour for a crepe and a salad. The other table who came later got served while there was no sign for our food. We left without dinner. Very disappointing.

We had to have crepes while we were in Quebec City and are glad we choose this restaurant. We weren't staying in the old city and chose to walk from our hotel - unexpectedly a pretty steep walk up (and then down). There was street parking, if we had chosen to drive. Loved all the choices, but went with the fig crepe and the Bearn (duck confit - DELICIOUS), both with small side salads. For dessert we shared the lemon curd crepe, very sweet and enough for both of us. Many beer and cider choices. Seems to be a favorite of locals, very busy.

Nice little restaurant but totally overrated. Long waiting times and arrogant staff unfortunately ruin the experience. There are way better alternatives. Will not come back.

After walking around Old Quebec City for a few hours we wanted crepes for lunch. We chose to walk a few blocks outside the Old City to Le Billig. A wonderful decision! Their sweet crepes are outstanding. The room is very comfortable and the service is attentive.

Tasty crispy crepes with delicious duck confit which I ordered. Friendly staff. Busy place so recommended to make reservation ahead. The crepe Suzette was great ! Highly recommended.

The crepes were so delicious. I totally recommend. The lemon curd crepe was the best one.

A cute place. However they appear to be understaffed. We ordered salads, asked for them twice. They never came. Same with order for tea with dessert. The portions are small (thus the request for salads). The food was fine but nothing special.

The food, the service, the ambiance were all excellent. If one is looking for a true French connection, this is the place. Would happily visit again next time in Quebec City

Great place to have lunch while walking around Quebec City. We walked around Old Quebec City all morning and then headed over for a late lunch. Really nice selection of savory Breton Crepes and lots of drink choices. Good prices and value for you money. In the summer they out the windows out to the street so it is nice and airy.

This is not the type of meal I would have chosen but it was wonderful! I had the Duck Confit Crepe. It was very flavorful and the buckwheat crepe it was served in was hugh and made for a memorable meal. My wife had the "Canadian Bacon and Potato" which was also delicious. Although we didn't need it, we each had a crepe dessert. Mine was caramelized apples hers was chocolate and cream. We found we didn't spend enough time in Quebec City and we will be back and we will eat here again.

We were in Quebec City for the long weekend and stopped here on Sunday afternoon for a late lunch. It was an incredible experience. We each enjoyed a crepe. one with artichokes, prosciutto, cheese and salad and my husband had the salmon eggs benedict. We each enjoyed a glass of Quebec white wine. To top off our meal, we split a crepe of apples, salted carmel and ice cream. Yum! The service was excellent as well and a very relaxed atmosphere.

I was in Quebec several years ago for about ten days and noticed Le Billig on a walk, so I stopped in for lunch and was not disappointed. The crepes are made of buckwheat in the original way which is what I always prefer. I had the ham and cheese variety along with a glass of red wine. The service, food and wine were well above average and the price was not at all excessive. I went there a second time a few days later and wasn't disappointed then either. It'll be the first place I return to next time I'm in Quebec. Steve
