Disappointed a lot

We place the order at the terminal, there is no more paper, so we don't know the order number, we go to the counter to ask for it, we are completely ignored.We end up deducting our order number. We want ketchup, it's empty. We want salt, it's empty. We want orange fruitopia, it's broken and my girlfriend gets the juice directly on her instead of in the glass. We sat in the dining room, half of the tables are disgusting. We open our order, a hamburger is missing. We return to the counter, we are completely ignored again. We end up talking to a girl who answers us with an arrogant air....

The girl who makes the burgers doesn't have gloves, digs in her nose between taking two ingredients. It's truly horrible. I understand that McDonald's is cheap, but there is a limit to sanitation. I left without eating my meal. Please train your employees better.

Pire service de la "gérante" du restaurant. Énorme manque de politesse envers les clients et les autres employés. Elle a sacré après une dame qui lui a gentiment demandé de refaire son café, car la crème n'était pas bonne. Elle donne la vie dure aux jeunes employés qui l'accompagnent. Heureusement la nourriture était bonne, c'est la seule raison pour ma deuxième étoile.

Lack of articles, does not return calls. Made a complaint to mcdo canada and suddenly called me back.We're supposed to send vouchers in the mail. It's been more than a month (March 3, it's April 17), no vouchers received and still not returning calls.Also the manager says that she didn't return the calls first because she's not very good at it.....a magic answer. In short, we steal from people and we don't care.Big zero in service

No answer at the counter despite the wait, ended up downloading the application and ordering online, staff crying back, the impression of disturbing, moreover the lady complains of a rush when there is no there aren't many people and she clearly doesn't like it. In addition to reprimanding another employee "hurry up, there are people waiting" in front of the customers.

I get restaurants are under staffed but when your food is just sitting on their table getting cold because the staff isn’t communicating is unacceptable. Undercooked hash browns and eggs, followed by a medium coffee that was filled 60%, led to this review.
