I placed a mobile order this morning and went to the restaurant with a code to pick it up. I spoke with Huguette, who didn't want to help me. She told me that the restaurant did not have the order (even though I have an email receipt assigned to the correct restaurant), she also told me that I had not been debited (even though the amount of the order appears on my bank statement). She didn't want to refund me or give me my order that I paid for. I find this unacceptable. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

Je suis un employé Mcdonal et j'ai jamais vu cela.. Refuse de me donner le 50% car selon eu je mange trop (j'ai pris un joyeux festin croquette avec 2 petit hamburger..) elle a dit que je devais l'avoir vu dans ma formation qu'on ne pouvait pas prendre plus que 1 trio et que 3 hamburger cettais trop,mais j'en avait 2(hamburger) et en thérorie le trio c'est le JF. Je relis les règles et les joyeux festin son exclu des 50% si elle me l'aurais dit j'aurais changer ma commande, mais elle a juste dit que je mangeait trop et voulais donner de la nourriture a mes amis. J'étais très insulter sachant que j'ai commandé à ma faim. Une gérante qui n'explique pas les règles et sûrement ne les connaît pas ne m'ayant pas aviser qui juge se que tu commande avec un ton méprisant je trouve cela horrible connaissant la belle famille qu'est Mcdonal. Les clients et les employés devraient être accueilli avec respect.(la gérante avait les cheveux rouge)

Pire expérience de service à la clientèle. Ils ne suivent même pas les numéros. Attendre 30 minutes pour 3 breuvages. Me faire rire dans la face quand je demande d’avoir ma commande. Il n’y a pas de gérants? Chef d’équipe?? Nous sert les breuvages tout sals, ne l’essuie même pas. Je ne retourne plus jamais là.
