It’s a shame though, the prices are a little high for the service offered. The tacos were good, the chips were basic and the cheese sauce was quite watery compared to other restaurants. The person working at the time clearly didn't want to work, even while trying to be nice to him.

To put into context, we were regular customers of this place before today. About two burritos a week. However, after being refused service because he did not want to use their plates twice in a row, and especially with the attitude of the employee during the last meeting, we will no longer be regular customers.We were refused service twice in a row: once at 4:15 p.m. (early August) and the other at 3:55 p.m. (Sunday August 13). Both times, the same two employees were behind the counter.The last time was really unacceptable.The employees on site (Sunday August 13, 2023) did not seem to want to have a client. I told him that it was early to close the burritos at 3:55 p.m. and that they were going to lose customers (us) if they stopped serving burritos at that time (more than an hour before closing). We had made the detour by car precisely for that. His response was to wave at us with a byebye and say "Ok bye". A huge lack of respect and consideration for the customer from the employee behind the counter. Especially since on my side, I remained calm and polite throughout the interaction.Extremely disappointed.

Very unwelcoming & unprofessional experience.We went there on Christmas eve, 2021.The closing time was shown 5PM onli3, & we pre-ordered through website & paid online. And pickup was at 4:55PM & we reached there about at 4:56. The store was empty! No one was there. The contact number on website was the store number, which obviously no one answered.We went there next day and the person was almost closed the store and ready to leave (at 4Pm instead of 5). We told him about the issue & he was surprised that mucho burrito accepts orders through website! - we wanted our food, but he simply called manager and gave us refund from cash register and left!They might be good, but wasn't a good experience for us!
