The food is wonderful. You must try the duck wings, soy style. They were outstanding and we could have eaten them all day. The onion soup, elk stew, and chicken burger were all very good. Pub food and atmosphere (a little dark and dingy), but very friendly. Music is a bit too loud. I recommend reservations.

Went here for dinner with the family. We thought this restaurant had the best food overall during our stay in Quebec city. The staff was very polite and attentive. The French onion soup was delicious and full of cheese. The duck confit pasta was just divine and packed full of flavor. Everyone loved that one. The maple glazed poutine was excellent as well - I just wish they put more French fries in there. All in all, I give it a big thumbs up.

Nice food and ambience. We ordered Mac & cheese, fried chicken sandwich and pepperoni pizza. Everything was fresh and delicious. The staffs are friendly and great. Highly recommended.

We had a really nice time at Cul-de-sac. We’re visiting from out of town and saw that the pub had great ratings so we were really looking forward to some excellent poutine. The homemade foie gras pate was excellent, the nachos were very nice, Caesar salad really good. Poutine unfortunately was sub-standard since it seemed the kitchen didn’t want to prepare fresh frites for the three orders of poutine we got. So, in the heartland of poutine we ate old fries with cold curds which in turn cooled down the delicious jus which undoubtedly took a lot of effort to make. So one bad decision in the kitchen affected the whole meal.Our server was very friendly and we felt very welcome. The beer was delicious as well.
