The boss of St-Hubert decided to call the police because he didn't like my clothing, and I bit my cheek so I had a little blood on the edge of my mouth (which I could wipe in 2 seconds), they tried to make us leave by charging us the full price but without providing us with the food, luckily my partner came home and insisted we had dinner. Even the employees were confused by the situation.

Thank you for the cold supper after a 1h15 delivery time. A misplaced $77.71 bin on a tired Friday evening in

Very disappointed and it's rare. This was in the case of a delivery order for dinner. Everything arrived cold even with 10 minutes before the requested time; I would have thought the opposite. We had the impression that we had been handed lunch plates that had been reheated: chicken, fries and dry bread. This is the first time we have been disappointed with this St-Hubert.

Steak was poor quality and lobster addition was scant and nothing like the menu photos.Overall poor food and not up to St Hubert’s reputation.High Prices are not in sync with lousy food quality which translates with no real chefs in the kitchen.Dining at St-Hubert is unfortunately to be avoided! Is management up to its job?Rating from a 50 year + patron!Parking: Clean

For a Monday evening around 6 p.m., the service was very quick and the dining section had a nice atmosphere, but my meal left me perplexed. When I arrived, I saw the "Mac N' Cheese" in the "slate" section and I let myself be tempted, but I still asked the waitress what was in it (since 'there was no additional indication). After a sober "well uh... chicken and... yay there", I decided to have it. The plate was very nice, although the portion was a little small (large bowl of onion soup) with fries and a nice pile of fried onion with spicy honey. But the pasta dish itself left something to be desired. No cheese on top and almost none in the sauce, the sauce tasted like a can of Lipton cream of chicken with some bacon added and the only piece of chicken I found was the size of my fingernail of little finger. For the price of $24 per plate, you understand that I was expecting a good Mac N' Cheese with enough to make it the portion of a meal rather than a starter and that it tastes like cheese. My partner had the skewer and her plate seemed delicious (although the Caesar salad seemed a little "tired"), but I strongly advise against taking options from the "Slate" section to avoid unpleasant surprises.Edit: The manager contacted me again in the following days regarding my visit and apologized for the anomaly of my dish and compensated for my visit. Thank you for this quick feedback and I will modify my rating for this proof of attention.

Quarter chicken. Good, not expensive, nothing more. No better than other competing rotisseries. Decent chicken and coleslaw. Poor quality McCain frozen style fries. Still better than the junk from fast food Hamburgers like McDo A&W Burger King. Sorry that the quality of St-Hubert is declining after more than 60 years of existence. Yet its strength and raison d'être was its BBQ chicken.

Cream of chicken isn't what it used to be. The soup bowl has also been reduced in size.

I take clubs in the dining room regularly, this is the second time in about two weeks that the chicken is frozen, not to mention the other times that it was borderline... this evening the manager on site ignores us despite my request to the waitress for wanting to speak to him, our waitress confirms that she asked him to come see us…We have always had good service from the servers.I went to this place twice a week for the dining room with my partner. The manager would have only come to see us and I would have moved on, I don't think I'll go back there anymore.Visitation on Thursday April 18 at 8:00 p.m.
