I did a search for a restaurant serving pasta, the place appeared in a list of top 10 in Quebec and the reviews seemed very good.Inside it is very pretty, large bar, several tables and a fairly impressive display of wine bottles.Small starter of salmon tartare which was very fresh and full of flavorMain course, linguine with seafoodVery good portion and several seafood... scallops, shrimp, mussels and moreIt was really good and I was full.Fast, pleasant and smiling service!First experience and certainly not the last, very nice discoveryNo negative points for me ?Parking: Very large, easily accessible and free car park. Several other businesses around which are closed on Saturday evenings, parking is really not a problem on a Saturday evening

Excellent experience in this restaurant, we have been there 4 times and it is always excellent. I had the seafood risotto which was the best I have eaten to date. The service was second to none too.

I am amazed at how poorly trained people are. I am sad for our generation. I'm only 43 and I realize to what extent customer service has become a dinosaur for some companies. You canceled my reservation without telling me and I call to speak to the manager and I am cut off while I explain the situation. And then I just say that it was the owner who answered me. Ayoye!! My father taught me that you can only know the taste of a tea bag when it is in hot water. I don't want this tea anymore.In order to complete your response, I take 100% responsibility that I did not return the responses to your text messages in the 2 following days because I wanted to make sure I had a sitter (having one person for 3 children is not not always simple). What I wanted to put into perspective with this evaluation is your know-how when I called back and you still illustrate it with your writings in response to my comment. My expectations as a customer who chooses a restaurant that will cost me more than $150 for an evening is to have an experience and to be welcomed with simplicity in all situations. Which was not done by the confirmation call I made on February 13 when my sitter confirmed her presence. Without knowing that you were the owner, you tell me that I canceled the table and in the same sentence you tell me that there is a table that was canceled. At this point, I'm glad you're in solution mode but that's when you start taking several minutes to explain to me that I didn't respond to the text and that you tried to call me. As a customer, I am aware of this story and I would have liked it to be different and I have no need to be reminded of it. If an employee at McDonald's does it without judging them of course, I consider it a lack of training but an owner and his manager who need to be right and explain makes the experience heavier. My need was to have a table, do you have one yes or no? If so, I'll go to you and I'm happy that you'll give me a second chance and no, I'll call elsewhere and that's it.The really juicy part is that you chose not to give me the new available table, which I think would have been a choice where I would have recognized you and gone Wow. And no, you had a need for control or to be right or something else that I consider has no place in customer service. And today, I chose to be fully expressed so that people who want to live an exceptional experience as I finally had at the Gourmet Experience HQ who welcomed us as it should be.Thanks for telling me I missed some details. This gave me the chance to fully express myself about my experience. I wish you the best for your restaurant and I hope these comments help you discover that as customers we want simplicity.

Belle decouvert. Il faut se méfier de l'endroit où il est situé. Malgré qu'au alentour ceux sont de commerce. Ce restaurant est la cérise du lieu. Petit menu. Ambiance feutré. Belle carte de vins. La présentation des assiettes soignés. La qualité de la nourriture excellente. On paie sans regrette pour l'expérience. Je le recommande amplement
