My husband and I were in Quebec for a long weekend in mid March. Looking for a Peruvian restaurant in the city, we decided to have dinner at Lima Resto Bar. The food was delicious, the lomo saltado, ceviche, chaufa de seafood and churros had an authentic Peruvian flavor. Our server, Dorothy, was absolutely one of the best servers we've ever had (I hope she has a good salary and great times for what she does). Her passion about her job and her knowledge about every single dish made us feel so welcome in that little gem in Quebec. I highly recommend Lima Resto Bar.This small restaurant has exquisite food; but the most important thing is the service of the waitress, Dorothy. We even thought that she was the owner because the way she served was like she was taking care of the prestige of her business. I hope she has a good salary and especially excellent tips. Cuisine adapted to local taste. A Peruvian ceviche that tastes more like milk than lime juice. A start to Peruvian cuisine 101, @tumi q a more varied menu. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to try.

Generous and tasty portions, warm and authentic atmosphere with very good service. The waiter was available to change tables for us since the bench seat was not suitable for my elderly grandmother who preferred a table with chairs. There were small racks for coats on the walls and even under the bar for bags or jackets! Well thought out. The server was able to answer our questions about the French/Spanish menu. Finally the food was fresh and delicious. I loved the music in Spanish to set the mood.
