I find that the lunch menu is a very good proposition. The cooking of the flank steak was meticulous and attention to detail was present ?The server Brian greatly enhanced our time sitting at the bar! We had a great time with him and he offered us the dessert plate out of pure generosity ?He showed creativity and passion in his mixology. The Shaker is clearly not a restaurant that is resting on its success.
