Nous avons attendu 45 min pour 2 petits cafés noirs samedi midi (16 décembre 2023)... C'était ridicule comme attente, les commandes du style Door Dash et Uber semblent prendre toute l'attention des employés. Il y a vraiment un problème de gestion ici... Les employés semblaient avoir la broue dans le toupet mais ne fournissaient pas du tout... Avoir su on serait aller au McDo ou au Tim Hortons... Eux savent gérer les "heures de pointe"...

What a service that we got this morning!! The person that took our order was amazing, energetic and she made our day!! She talked to the kids, she was a real sunshine and she even blew us a kiss when we left! WoW!! 6 stars for this Starbuck ?

Good Starbucks. Friendly service in both French and English. Great that they had 3 options for brewed coffee.

The new design is so cold i personally really dont like it. Meanwhile, there is a french employee who just yells ALL THE TIME it just makes it unbearable and so noisy. I dont even want to go anymore becasue she gives me headache
