It has been a long time since we ate at Stratos Charlesbourg. The return was a nice surprise. Generous minced meat poutine whose fries were well cooked and crispy, as I ordered them. Nice club sandwich plate too. Prices are reasonable so we will return!

A while ago, I had not frequented the Stratos in Charlesbourg due to poor service. Recently I found out there were new owners so I decided to come back to see if the service had improved. What a pleasant surprise! The staff was very welcoming and dedicated, the service was excellent, and the pizza was delicious. I even had the opportunity to meet one of the new owners, and his positive attitude was truly inspiring. Well done to them!

I was surprised to learn that the restaurant was under new management. A bit septic I wanted to try it out. Daily menu was well varied and prices were more than reasonable so we tried those. The quality of the dishes was super fresh, super tasty and it was a pleasure to eat. They are super accommodating, and they really surprised us with the size of the meal. Everything was terrific. The freshness is a must for me, and it was all there! Brava! You need to try this place!
