Asking to pay for something free. The promotion was "Buy a 12" at regular price and get 6 cookies", so I added the 12" and the promotion. But when picking up my order, the 2 employees did not want to give me my 6 cookies.

September 13, 8:00 a.m., we had barely parked when someone looked at us with inquisitive eyes. An employee with a blue sweater and another person sitting inside with a cap and glasses who didn't look like they worked at this store. We wanted to consume on site but given the reception similar to a gulag. We quickly turned around and will never set foot there again. Being looked at the same way does not inspire confidence. I do not recommend this establishment until there is decent customer service.

Lots of frozen employees.I'm super open as a guy. I don't care if an employee shows up at the party, but it's uncomfortable for children. And even teenagers with the cegep next door.Your staff should be made aware. The discomfort is palpable

Mobile order not ready when I arrived even though the app said otherwise. Clearly undercooked cookies. Paying the tip in advance is quite annoying when this kind of situation happens.It is made expensive paid I find to have a quality of product and such a failing service.

I wanted to order for my family and me. When we arrived there was no one at the counter so we had to wait a bit. As we heard voices from the back we tried to get the clerk's attention. This one turned around, but never came so we left.

They charged 15 percent tip on $30 to eat there and charged $25 for the gift card at the same time so almost $9 thief the gift card shouldn't be included they charged $18 off the hour plus tip tabernacle of real leeches, they have cars that are too spoiled they don't come in to work as they please, I would have been worn for a long time in my time...??

The downsizing hit the Subway solid. Tried this Subway as its nearest has ridiculously thinned its breads. Unfortunately, it seems to have hit this one too. One of my two 6's was 5 3/4'' and the diameter of both was insulting how small it was. The medium format liqueur is rendered approximately the old child format.Unfortunately I can't post a photo here. Really disappointed
