No promotion to attract customers. Utensils (when necessary, which was my case) not practical because they are made of wood or rigid cardboard.... (long live management to save the environment!). No sugar substitutes offered for my coffee! So I don't recommend.

We ordered a grilled chicken fillet sub which is usually good but the quality has deteriorated!! It's woody plastic chicken that rolls into your mouth ? Changing the quality of ingredients results in the loss of customers!

To be honest, Subway has never been my favorite restaurant for subs.. since the new sandwiches the price has gone up a lot and the quality has remained the same.. the lack of employees is felt in all the restaurants Subway. But this one is not so bad, smiling people and good service. I just find that the price is too expensive for the quality of the meal... we are far from 12"/$5 now it's more 12"/$20... but hey I also understand that it is They have to pay their employees more if they want them..

My sandwich was perfect, and the young man very courteous. However, it seems to lack employees. He was alone and there were 3 people in front of me. I waited 30 minutes before being served because he should take care of preparing and baking bread, in addition to managing 6 internet orders.

I was yesterday (May 7) in the afternoon, the employee was new and not trained for gluten, but he was perfect to ask questions and take care of my sandwich! Very good employee, I just find it a bit of a shame that he was alone when there were several customers plus online orders when he is new but he managed really well ? the place was clean too! ?
