I went to the restaurant to get take out. When I got to pay I noticed that they removed the choice to choose to tip by choosing an amount. There are just percentages and no tipping. We choose to give 10, 12, 15 and 18%. I've always tipped, but having the percentage imposed on me is no good. I didn't tip. I'll start again when I have the right to choose the amount. Not acceptable from my point of view. A subway is not a table service restaurant. Tipping is a customer choice and should have the option to choose the amount they tip.

I rediscovered this brand during my trip to Canada. I like the concept of composing your own “submarine” based on a combination to choose from. The result is pleasant. And I came across some very friendly waitresses! A big downside for me, however: desserts that are limited to cookies, certainly, varied and tasty, but not worth a good ice cream like in other fast food chains.

I went there tonight around 6:45 p.m. The employee in place was particularly unpleasant. Refusing to at least change his gloves after touching the cash register, and removing the loaves from the oven with them. Really rude service. Never again for me. It's finish.

I am satisfied with the quality of service and the salad that I ordered with marinated chicken with onions and grated cheese with delicious onion sauce, very polite waitress, but the prices also need to be reviewed because 13.5 $ for a salad can be found elsewhere a similar quality cheaper, that's why I put 4 stars

Thursday, April 1st I return to place an order. As he begins my submarine the young man says to me "You know Madam that we close at 7:30 p.m., next time arrive earlier". I look at my cell phone, it's 7:12 p.m. I then told him the time and he said "yeah but I have nothing to do in the restaurant". I do not believe it. I tell him to let it go and I leave. As far as I know, we can serve customers until 5:30 p.m....it's like that everywhere with the curfew. In short, I can't even imagine what he would have said to me if I had entered at 7:20 p.m.!

I order on Uber a steak and cheese salad and a grilled chicken salad for my mother, both with salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese, and two macadamia nut cookies. Result: two double chocolate cookies, two grilled chicken salads, no cheese, no salt, no pepper, no parmesan and my banana peppers were only pepper tails, so impossible to eat. I tell myself good mistakes happen, I try to call... no answer so I try again because we're hungry, they cut the phone! If I could have given zero stars I would have. Never again this Subway!
