Three times, the orders were not ready and the employees even had the little delicacy to tell me "you understand, we place the orders on the internet before since they have already paid".After an order was 2 (yes... well "two") hours late and passed 3 times, to my polite but firm displeasure on my dissatisfaction, an employee kicked me to the face "if you are not happy, you can submit your CV. We are hiring and it will go faster". This reflection, totally inappropriate, sealed my decision not to return to this branch. As I am at equal distance from that of Val Bélair, I will favor better organized and eminently friendlier people.
