It's 5:30 p.m. and I'm told that we can't take a simple order for 1 person, because it closes at 8 p.m. There was nothing left in the fridge either. This happens frequently and almost always the same person who cannot take the order. I find it a shame, I went to the competition who were able to serve me.

I showed up there and waited for my order for 1.5 hours only to be told that they were out of rice... I was laughed in the face by one of the employees who said that she had "forgotten » to start the machine in the last hour.So I asked for a refund because it was 8 p.m. and because they told me I wouldn't have my sushi before 9 p.m.They had the nerve to tell me that I couldn't get a refund until next Monday because there is no manager on site. Very poor service and a lot of incompetence!I will NEVER return to a Sushi Shop, barred for life

I have just been delivered a completely rotten K (vegetarian) combo. The lawyers are black. Clearly, they are not fresh and were made several days ago. I have to throw away my entire lunch...the rest is dry. I called the restaurant that delivered it to me and there is absolutely nothing they can do... or deliver another one to me. I just paid for food that I'm going to throw away...this is unacceptable. To add another layer, the lady on the phone had no solution for me and she hung up the line on me!!!!! Even more unacceptable!!!!!!! I'm really angry!

I go to the sushi shop once a week. I order 4 sushi rolls for $40 and always get two free soy sauces. Today the employee didn't want to know about giving us a second soy sauce for free. We left her a $5 tip, we wanted to pay with the $5 tip she refused. I've never seen this in other sushi shops. Really disappointed with my experience this Saturday, October 28. Also, the employee didn't want to give us his name. Last time I go to First Avenue.

Unfortunately this Sushi Shop doesn't hold up too well... the sushi has no taste, flattened and nothing like other places where I have tasted it. It's a shame... the young girl had no desire to talk to us or share the desire to eat there (that says it all).I hope the place improves in the future!

Bah I will not return the Poké on more salad of something else. The reception was extremely cold, we did not understand that we were disturbing. The employee who was at the checkout tried to save himself some work.... I order a vulcano and she asks me if I want it to be flamed... Obviously that's the basis of the recipe. And many more. It's sad to see my sushi so thin, do you have any problems with the portions?. I ate the same at riviere du loup 3 days ago and it was not comparable... it's unfortunate in addition my Diablo had been wiped on the top, black mamba no black egg on the top ... not very satisfied compared to before....

I ordered a 54 piece dish in 2022 for my birthday party, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality there was a lot of choice and it was very well done, made that for my birthday in 2023 I ordered order a tray of 100 pieces, and i paid 137 dollars, the girl on the counter he assured me that there are several choices, when i received the tray on my birthday i was so disappointed with the quality of the sushi so bland it tastes nothing at all, nothing to do with the 2022 platter, 5 dragon's eye sushi in this platter and the rest a mix of Californians, it saddened me especially with the price I I paid, in short all that to say that it was an unpleasant experience, and that this is the last time that I place my orders in this place.

I find it hard to explain why the orders from the sushi shop on 1st Avenue are NEVER ready when almost all sushi restaurants put delays that give them time to prepare the orders before it is sent to a delivery person. It's a big disrespect for Uber Eat and DoorDash delivery people who are paid by the order and not by the hour.In addition, the restaurant has no transport tray for bubble tea, which means that the other day, an employee put two loose bubble tea in a closed and stapled bag. We placed an order within 5:50 p.m. for 7:30 p.m. So that finally the receipt tells us that the order will be the next day. After calls, no one can help us, correct or reimburse us. Very disappointed with Sarah's service on the phone who never tried to get an order tonight.
