We had a great experience enjoying Asian food in the very western part of Canada.Cooking skills were impressive and super quick. Tastes are literally ready-made and franchise-style. They should be greatly improved to the level one has in Toronto.Service crew and atmosphere are fantastic.

Je viens d’acheter un général tao extra poulet et un dessert, me coûte 27$ et je reçoit une portion normal de poulet. La fille avait l’air bête me demande si je veut donner du tip. Désolé mais à ce prix là non merci ! UN CONSEIL A TOUS : allez au thaï express c’est moins chère, de meilleur qualité et vous en aurez plus pour votre argent !

Liked the customer service, there was a cute girl at the desk that took our order in English though she knew mostly french (appreciate the effort as we didn't know french) and the food tasted good. I had ordered chicken fried rice and chicken pad Thai.

I order a salmon Poke, delivered almost an hour later and above all it's not even salmon!!! there is a huge difference in taste and color between salmon and frozen white fish!!!!!!!!

I love thaizone but this is the last time I order.I took two dishes that I usually order and had to throw everything in the trash. Really unfortunate!
We had an order error and couldn't eat it, because it was not vegetarian (pad sew tofu and we received with chicken) it's been two days since I've been told that the manager will contact me for the refund , but we have no return call. Honestly it's a lack of respect when you tell your client "tomorrow, tomorrow". Really very disappointing, I don't think I would recommend there.

4 days we are waiting for a return from the manager of this branch for a refund (error in an order that we could not eat). Every time we call back we are told that he will contact us the next day. Ridiculous.Update: Ignore the owner's comment that they emailed me on July 6th. It would be surprising as our order was on July 7th. Received no email, no return call, no refund...

Every time I go there, the wait is endless at the drive-thru and this was no exception tonight, in addition to the fact that we were the only ones at the drive-thru… it's over way too expensive for the lower quality. You have lost a lot of them for a few years in the Thai area cap rouge!!

NE PAS COMMANDER pour la livraison. Commande passé à 19h17. Deux heures plus tard toujours pas de nourriture. À 21h30 la plupart des cuisines de restaurant sont fermés dans le coin. Pire expérience de livraison jamais vécue. (Nous avons pourtant confirmé à 20h30 que la commande était bien passée.) SVP n'offrez pas un service que vous ne pouvez pas donné, c'est une insulte à votre clientèle.
