I went to get breakfast on a Wednesday morning around 6am. Exactly what I want from a restaurant of this type: not haute cuisine, just nice, good, inexpensive, with fast service from friendly employees!There was a good selection of fresh donuts so I was tempted :p

We have visited this establishment twice and each time the employees seem disinterested, like zombies. Additionally, we were disappointed by the lack of choice of fresh donuts. Despite the options offered, none lived up to our expectations in terms of freshness. On our second visit, we faced the same problem of availability of choices. To top it off, there was only one employee on duty which resulted in a 10 minute wait time. We even tried to contact the store by phone, but to no avail. The situation was chaotic, with several impatient and unhappy customers. The employee did not answer our calls, and when she finally arrived, she pretended to be busy in the kitchen when it seemed obvious that she was engrossed in her phone. In summary, this experience represents the worst that a Tim Hortons in Quebec can offer, and I strongly recommend that you avoid this establishment.

We went for a soup after noon outside, 3 adults and a child. No soup, they don't serve it on Saturdays so we ordered donuts, coffee and a milk, the service ouffffff was maddeningly slow not to mention only at the checkout!!!!! melee like a card game for payment. Finished for
