When I went recently I looked to make sure everything was there, but I was missing 1 food item so I went straight back. I got sorted and realized that my 2 extra bacon that I had asked for was missing and the coffee tasted like water. Very poor service, lack of item when ordering, responds to the customer and does not apply the pricing policy, refuses to collaborate, gives me a number and forgets to get out of the car to go outside the drive-thru, asks to pay debit the rest in money answers me clearly we are not doing its very bad service and with all this I had my daughter in the car request 3 biscuit gives me only 1 request an extra cream whip load and not give check your coffee

Every time I go to this TimThe offers don't work...I'm told it's not our fault and as luck would have it, due to a lack of arguments, I managed to get my offer by splitting the invoice into 2 transactions!It’s starting to pay off to tell your staff not to apply offers!
