Terrible service. Average wait during the last 5 visits: 15 minutes for 1 coffee at the drive-thru. Additionally, wrong coffee order served on 1 occasion. I asked for a dark double double and received a traditional mix without sugar. Finished for me tim hortons seigneuriale/

It's Thursday, November 3, 2023, we went to the drive-thru order around 5:00 p.m., I order 2 coffees, I arrive at the window to pay, the employee (some kind of Latino or I don't really know ) looks at me stupidly, she gives me the terminal (I should say, she gives me the terminal) and I pay with my card. She abruptly gives me my two coffees, she turns her head to the side and spits in the trash can or on the ground and then looks at me. Stunned, I'll pass it on as a comment...you're so disgusting!!!! She smiles at me and I leave, I get out of my car and I put my two coffees in the trash and then head to the McDonald's and order 2 coffees. Never again in my life will I set foot in this Tim Horton's...disgusting.

Really bad service. We were made to wait 10 minutes to order at the drive-thru. Then we are told that there are no wraps, no big worms, no artisan bread, and then when we pass we see them looking at us and laughing at us. The employees who were there today at 12 o'clock deserve to be fired.
