I went this morning and the service was very unpleasant. I was spoken to stupidly at the drive-thru. The bag he gave me was full of butter on the outside. I called to report it and he never gave me an excuse. He only told me that he hadn't done anything to ban Tim Horton.

Drive-thru...being served 2 poorly brewed beverages, one of which was a failure by 2 clowns at the end of their lives, and who didn't even give me the price to pay before handing me the machine. Good customer service training is essential!!!!

Very arrogant customer service coming from an employee (bearded with glasses), he advised me to no longer make mobile orders, saying as a reason that he almost had no more of what I had ordered, while 'it was 8 a.m. on a Sunday morning...all after bringing me inside when there was no one behind me (and my order was already ready.) Plus, it's not First time I have had a bad experience with this employee.
