I just went to Tim Horton's like 15 minutes before its close, I asked for 5 iced coffees, and then I received and then I tasted it at home, it tastes more like water than coffee, please next I know you have 15 minutes left before closing please make a little effort thank you and have a good evening

Store unopen when it should off. My daughter had to come back to hotel to get the keys and go tru drive true.. I ordered online to make it go faster but the whole ordeal took over an hour so my belt a the farmers wrap were cold my daughter got a ice coffee and I paid for a latte. Also it had no ice when she got it. My coffee is also cold usually it's too hot. This is very poor service and being next to a big hotel it's disgraceful.

The coffee tasted like it was burning and they didn't even mix it before giving it to me. I had the milk in the bottom and the coffee on the top. Frankly, it was a bit ordinary.

You want to buy yourself donuts on Friday morning.Well everyone has the same damn idea.It's jam-packed at the drive-thru.Inside it's jam-packed with all sorts of gulls and every land mammal there is.My god I would never work there.It must come out of there on all fours after its working hours.I took pity on you.It never stopped.It was one after another.A customer spent 15-20 minutes in line just to get a coffee.It makes sense then see.All the logic is there or it is illogical as Spock said.We don't care!Dried!Anyway, my week ended very well.A fresh donut with good coffee.Happy weekend to you all.Well done!Just kudos for being so patient and treating all mammals well. LOLParking: It's easy to get in. But not to go out.Maybe set up a catapult to get us back on the road so we don't obstruct the mammals trying to get to the drive-thru. LOLKid-friendliness: It is suitable for all sizes of children. LOL

Employees seem overwhelmedI believe they could do with coaching.. they need support maybe from their boss or a manager but clearly they are not coordinated.. looks like they don't know their task at hand

These not even a wrap, I don't find it normal to have to take over someone's work for a service that I paid for I didn't even have time to take a butcher that everything was

Wednesday May 3 around 11:05 am... The lady with short hair and glasses, long sleeved black shirt (manager maybe?) was so nice to me. Nice attitude and smiling... The kind of person who instantly improves a client's gray day. I gave her my smile cookie for her break, I hope she took it. If her boss is reading this: this woman deserves a bonus!

I highly recommend this Tim Hortons! First of all, it is big and clean. Then, the stuff is very welcoming, friendly and understanding. My little son is lactose intolerant and he doesn’t like eggs. Without hesitation, these guys accepted to replace the cheese and egg in his sandwich by another Hashbrown inside his sandwich and made sure no diary products touch his sandwich. Thank you very much!

Just like other Tim Hortons, this place is clean and service is fast. However, I first received three bagels when I quite clearly asked for three croissants. Just a slight mishap though. :)
