The employees seem to have a short fuse towards immigrants. 2 uncomfortable situations: 1st: a cleaning employee wanted to clean up the coffee mess that the older lady had made and she treated him like he was in her arms and was rude to the young man. 2nd: at the checkout this time. The young girl, I believe, is starting to learn French and the cashier asked her the same question with his tone increasing!! It's not because she's deaf!I don't think I'll come back to this place! A little rush and it seems like everyone behind the counter is losing their temper. A bit disappointing. I apologized to the "deaf" lady for the cashier's behavior

Ordered sandwiches, soups, and donuts with coffee. Took a while to get served and for our order to be given to us. Seats were ripped, and tables that have not been wiped down. Looked a little scruffy due to this. Went to the men's room, and the urinal still has not been fixed. It was broken before Christmas. Big tape and plastic covering it. Doesn't look to healthy or cleanliness. There are other washrooms that I have not walked into. In all, I still gave this place a 4 star review.

Once again, not all products have been lost twice. Order taken incorrectly results in having to eat products not ordered. It seems like they're putting incompetent staff on purpose to take orders. It's starting to be a lot to see next time we move to another Tim Hortons.

We've been to this Tim Horton's a few times now and we're told to go to another restaurant since they can't manage. Either we are told to go elsewhere or there are not half the products left in the display. Finished for us, we listened to your employees and we went elsewhere!

Usually I have a not problem to be served , but today 29/09/23 , I have witnessed a bad service by one of the employee who was difficult to serve an elderly couple English speaker , then they left very angry about the employee reaction , after they left the employee started making fun of them behind the counter, while I was watching him, as I’m a bilingual myself.Incident time 09:10 amEmployee: white male
