Very poor service. The manager in addition, full of these customers in front of other customers. Not in the mood, looking sick of his job. Change your job if you don't like people!?

We are recommended to go to this Tim Horton's since the one across the street can't handle the customers. When arriving, a little note indicates return in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, the gas station employee informed us that the employee would have left the premises. This restaurant is not open half the time and when it is open there are no employees present. I do not recommend at all, their competitor that I would not name has much better service and employees!

We can't say that the clerk who received us this morning around 7:15 a.m. was happy to work at Tim... What a stupid face! She certainly didn't read the slogan posted about kindness before entering. I definitely won't go back, not a great way to start the day.

Disgusted. The dirty manager who makes your sandwich and handles all the food WITHOUT gloves and then touches the cash register without even washing his hands, really not classy.

I stayed 10 minutes alone in the drive-thru line in front of the sign to order... I was never answered... I ended up leaving .. (it's supposed to be a drive-thru only story and no one else was waiting) to avoid in my opinion unless you want to waste your time

Definitely the last time I go there, 4 out of 5 times the order lacks extra bacon, sauce, or nothing is ready! Not able to serve a morning sandwich in the morning when they've been open for 1h30... Couldn't!

For a long time my spouse has been coming to get coffee here for us because we are often in Stefoy too! But for 3 weeks the coffee is no longer really good! So I imagine it must be within your budget because we are no longer coming! When the coffee is as usual "good" write back!But how do you serve coffee that is not good!!???I put 3 stars because usually we have always had good services despite everything!But we are also very disappointed!THANKS!
Employee who sticks to our orders. I get iced coffee almost every day at tim and tell him his iced coffee isn't well made, tastes bad and keep using it. None of the other employees said anything to intervene.

Service au volant: Les commandes sont jamais correct, il y a toujours des problèmes dans ma commande. Les employés qui font les sandwichs ne prennent pas le temps de vérifier puisque il y a toujours un élément manquant ou incorrect. Worst Tim Horton experience I have ever had service is slow and unfriendly. You ask for a cream cheese bagel and they give you a piece of toasted bread with uneven cheese in the sandwich. Apparently it shouldn't take 3 weeks of training to do this come on...

Really the worst service I've had, the girl fusses with the customer for an extra mousse in the coffee, we ask her nicely but not enough for her, (when it doesn't tempt us to work we stay at home and you force yourself to do your job properly!) I finally asked to be served by someone else because it was really unpleasant this morning, plus they forgot things in my order.
