The sign says open at 6 but they didn’t open their doors. I waited for over an hour the employees kept looking over at me but didn’t open up. Drive thru was open but I was on my truck so that wasn’t an option.

Error in all sandwiches, mayonnaise overflow. The bags were soaked in oil. The cream on the donuts was breaking as if they had been sitting on the counter for several days. The worst Tim I've seen!

I'm going to order 2 club trios from Tim.I'm switching to self-ordering. I arrive to scan my Tim card it doesn't work, she tried 3 times and she said the last one worked but NO! Our Tim clubs are empty, 0 mayonnaise, dry dry dry. We asked for the potato wedges. We received 2 dry dry dry lunch potatoes, clearly due to be thrown away.And my medium iced cappuccino was LIQUID. The girl just said “oh yeah the ice cream machine doesn’t work”??? She didn't have theTaste to say it when I said my order. By the time I got to our house it wasn't even full, because half of it was bubbles. In short, really disappointed with the service, it was my first and last time at this Tim. $27 in a vacuum, thank you

Worst service. I don't usually do bad reviews, but this is too much. The drive-thru was painful and very slow, NO item on our order was correct. Iced cappuccino without ice, sandwich without ANY sauce and generous on toppings and so on.To avoid.

It's been 3 times that I go to the tim to the car service with a code for discounts on certain deals and each time when I scan the QR code I get charged full price, tomorrow why doesn't it work and they act as if nothing happened , gives you the machine and expects you to pay full price, I don't think he knows how to use the discounts and coupons
