Le mot qui me vient en tête est fiasco. Les jeunes employés de fin de semaines laissé à eux mêmeDommage que je ne peux mettre de photo. J'arrête tout les samedi après-midi au Tim Hortons de la rue Nordique. Rare sont les fois où la commande est exacte...juste sur les café je parle ( lait au lieu de crème, café normal au lieu d'un américain, moyen au lieu d'un grand...) Et je prend toujours une douzaine de beigne. Même à ce niveau je vous déconseil fortement car il est rare qu'il y ait plus de 2 ou 3 variété alors qu'ils sont sensé en avoir une dizaine. Ya même des semaines ou je ne peux avoir de douzaine tout court car ils en ont plus. Je dois donc me rabattre sur les Timbits et encore là, ils les ont pas tout. On dirait que le propriétaire n'a tout simplement pas les moyens de s'occuper ou ne veut pas s'occuper de sa succursale. Je ne l'ai jamais vu présent sur les lieux malgré une centaine de visite. Finalement, vous remarquerez le manque d'entretien des lieux. Par exemple, les 3 sièges face au foyer sont bon pour la poubelle, tout déchiré, le système pour ouverture des portes avant pour handicapé ne fonctionne qu'une fois sur deux. Des beignes tombe sur le bord de la vitrine au comptoir et reste la toute la journée...Bien sur j'ai des photos de tout cela. C'était mon avisParking: parking convenable

I order a trio with potato wedge... The cashier asks me if I have a dip I tell him yes mayoHe charges me $1 for mayo... ONE!You dip penne in 2 potatoes and finish the cup, plus he never told me it was extra...I ask him is it really $1 per bag he says yes you have to charge....A big steal in my opinion... Next time I'll go to McDonald's they give me 4 sachets of mayo and don't charge a penny more...

It's amazing to feel like we're bothering the staff every time we go to this Tim's!! The people at the checkout who are never the same NEVER smile and we really feel that we are bothering them when we place our order! I prefer to take a detour so that I no longer have to be uncomfortable in front of them! And then this evening the cashier who absolutely blew for 1 muffin I have never seen that in my life
The worst tim in beauport the service is lousy the worst ever I would say they are all stupid like my feet I ordered a blt just bacon in it with mayo and these all very disappointed with my experience there it was the last time for
