Waited 10 minutes at the drive thru. No one was replying. Looked inside and there were workers just talking to each other.

Jusqu’à la, good!

One Saturday at dinner time there was nothing left, no soup, no donuts, the restaurant was incredibly dirty and there were few employees. I remember that more than 10 years ago, it was my favorite Tim Hortons for choice and quality, but I don't think I'll go back there again, it gets worse every time.

During my overnight shift, I regularly visit Tim Hortons during my breaks. The food consistently meets high-quality standards, and the morning staff demonstrates exceptional helpfulness and friendliness. The service is efficient, and the prices are competitive with other establishments. The location is conveniently situated near my work area, and there is ample parking available. Additionally, the establishment offers a spacious seating area that can accommodate more than 20 people. They offer a variety of food options and have high-quality tea and coffee. I tried a hot latte with whipped cream and chocolate chips, which was a delightful combination of hot and cold. One area for improvement is the limited vegetarian options available during the morning hours. When requesting vegetarian options, the only items offered are sandwiches with beef or turkey, or bread toasted with butter. As someone who refrains from consuming beef and chicken, this limited selection is a minor inconvenience. It would be beneficial if Tim Hortons could expand their vegetarian options during the morning hours to cater to a wider range of dietary preferences.

Reception borders on getting pissed off, no hello, no smile. Customer reception to be deplored. Too bad for this famous brand.

I am confused and greatly saddened to find that the cashier did not even know a single word in our beautiful French language. She only knew English and had no interest in finding a solution, or even making a little effort to at least speak a little French. Never seen before in the national capital!! For me it's over. Long live French and long live Quebec. Although Quebec is becoming multicultural, perhaps it would be your duty, the employer, to teach foreign workers a few basic words in French. Thank you for taking into consideration the message that I took care to write.
