The lady of a certain age who gives the training should not give training, limits having social contacts with other humans: authoritarian, cold, inflexible, sterile, impatient and probably... racist.I felt sorry for the poor cashier in training who was doing his best and wanted to get by and always had to be sharply reprimanded by the trainer:: said moe before, cup toe I'm going to do it and sighs of discouragement and eye rolls of annoyance. If you have a high turnover of staff, this is one of the negative points taken into consideration when making a resignation decision.

I am a regular at your restaurant, since it is on my way to work. This morning, I ordered toast with butter and I was treated to an astronomical quantity of butter including lumps everywhere. I visibly disturbed and exasperated the employee by gently pointing this out to him. She remained unmoved, I had to ask her for a knife to remove the butter in my car myself. Unfortunately this was not the first time, but rather the 3rd that this has happened. I understand the shortage of staff and I can see how a young employee needs training and perhaps even learning how to butter bread. However, I deplore what I consider to be a lack of respect from the employee. Now I'm going to take the detour and go somewhere else. These are two lost customers
