I initially placed an order to bring directly to the site when it arrived on site my order was not yet packaged so I told him straight away that we had changed our minds and the girl in front made big eyes and sighed as if it Just giving me my meals was harder than putting them in a bag. Arriving at the table we realize an error in the order it's 2 Mac cheese smoke meat with 1 pancetta so we kindly ask for the correction she comes to bring us the new dish I didn't think to take a photo but half of the pancetta was soft fat not cooked. The cheese sauce is definitely not the same recipe as before. And he had a lot of water in the bottom so I went back again to have him change it. She comes back but it's 10000% the same so we remove the bad fat and the water and we eat. When looking for an opinion I saw that Topla was sold and now I understand why the quality has dropped so much and the sauce recipes have changed.

I ordered their 3 cheese ravioli with rosé sauce and was pretty disappointed. It tasted like as if they served me a can of Chef Boyardee. Very underwhelming. Couldn't finish the dish. Will not be coming back.
The pasta is good, cooked well al dente. It’s just a shame that we are served in disposable dishes, plastic forks and containers and a bag to eat on site.

I have ordered several times online for deliveries and each time I give the chance to the runner but after several disappointments of having to wait 1h30 2h for an order and having to call several times to finally be told that he haven't even prepared my order yet knowing that I've been waiting for 1h30 already.. I often go there and I've never had a problem but in terms of delivery there really is room for serious improvement..I am very disappointed..

Le plat n'avait presque pas de sauce à l'intérieur et il n'y avait pas d'extra pancetta. Je n'ai jamais eu de mauvaise expérience auparavant dans les autres restaurants pourtant, mais celui-ci semble avoir de la difficulté.
