Repas peu appréciable.Une serveuse arrogante qui nous fait une leçon de savoir vivre quand on demande gentiment notre breuvage.De plus remet une assiette brûlante dans les mains d'une personne à notre table.Il y a une trace de brûlure sur un doigt et la serveuse continue de dire que c'est la personne qui est fautive.Disons pas un repas agréable.Meme en parlant au gérant on sent que le client n'a jamais raison?Plus jamais ce resto.

Ils ont oublié la moitié de notre commande et après avoir arrivé chez nous, je les ai appeller et j'ai demandé de parler aux gérant, mais la fille voulait pas me le passé pendant 7 min. ,, finalement il est venu aux téléphones mais à refusé de venir livré ce qu'ils avaient oublié dans notres commande de 178 dollars.... il était extrêmement agité et même sacré après moi.

Honestly, it's rare that I complain about a service, but last night the old blonde waitress was 0 kindness, she was as stupid as the tabarnac with my family, she put pressure on us to order because as she said said <I don't just have you, I'll choose for you! >, personally no respect in her words, she has no place among this restaurant sorry... to lack tact like that you will go away...

- Waitress with a stupid look,- I ask her about the menu because I have a child allergic to eggs. I ask him what children's menu he could take. Tells me to go online for allergens, can't answer my questions and that it's my responsibility to check the menu...I go to restaurants regularly with my son and NEVER does a waitress approach me answered that...I take a chance and ask him if it's a mistake because on the internet, it mentions the presence of eggs in poutine. Doesn't know what to answer me, tells me that the cheese maybe has eggs??? Ultimately, checking with the cook might be a good option rather than responding to such insignificance. ?- 1 of us took a table d'hôte, did not receive his soup or his drink.?- my partner had Caesar salad with her meal (she asked with fries). The situation has been corrected, but on the bill, the salad is charged.?- 1 has a cold poutine, it doesn't matter, it happens. When he mentions it to her, she says ok I'm going to go and reheat it in the microwave!!! We don't go to restaurants to eat poutine in the microwave...?When we got to dessert, I asked her about the mini pop tarts before taking them for my allergic guy. Said to me: “I’m going to go get you the packaging bag, you can read the ingredients…”I really don't recommend
