I go there occasionally, it's generally good but it all depends on who's cooking.The only big downside, the chicken. These are pieces separated mechanically to make breaded pieces. (ordinary)

I ordered a golden strawberry crisp plate & I only ate 1 strawberry on the side & it tasted bad. I opened the French toast & several strawberries were MOLDY. This is truly unacceptable! The waitress returned the plate & informed me that the strawberries were cut in advance & that there was no control over the fruit & asked me if I wanted another dish. That turned me off, I didn't even feel like having another plate, I still ordered 1 egg without meat. Received 15-20 min later..very disappointed with my experience. No discounts were offered either. Cooking it instead of putting anything on the plate should have a little conscience & not be MOLDY food. If the fruit is not drinkable, it is not served.

Hello, here is the email I sent to the restaurant;> This email is to follow up on my experience at the restaurantof Ste Foy. I found a hair on my plate. The waitress did not hesitate to refill my plate. When I received my bill, I was very disappointed to find that the waitress hadn't even thought about either giving me the free meal, or at least giving me a discount. I had to ask her myself and all she did was take away a tiny 10%. I shouldn't have even had to ask for a discount, it should have come from there, I was insulted. Also, the ventilation didn't work at all so there was a big thick smoke in the restaurant that smelled like burnt toast and all the food mixture. Our eyes had to adapt to the smoke that flooded the room. Everyone was complaining about it. Very disappointed because I love eating at your place, the service left something to be desired and the smoke was clearly stifling.Now here is the crappy response I received in return:Hello Cindy,Thank you for taking the time to contact us to share your experience. We are sincerely sorry for the situation with the hair on the plate. We are happy to learn that the waitress remade your plate for you and also offered you a 10% discount. Expérience décevante, odeur de toast brûlée vraiment intense tout le long du déjeuner. La serveuse n'est passé à notre table qu'à la réception de l'assiette et au paiement, pas de service pendant près de 30min. Les patates étaient différentes, aucun assaisonnement alors que d'habitude elles sont très bonnes. Les fèves au lard goûtait étrange. Pas facile...

We called the day before for a group of 11 people including 4 children. We arrived on time and the table was ready. Great service. Lunch was delicious for everyone. No order or billing errors. Thank you ??

I take the trouble to call for a group of several people. They tell me that we don't take reservations, it's full. At worst we won't be sitting together, and that's okay. We arrive, it's complicated, lack of communication between employees. After 30 minutes, a dynamic and proactive young girl finally placed us all together. A tall young man takes our order. For me, no dairy products, sauce or cheese. I even mention it a few times. After a long time, our orders arrive.... Except mine... After another long time, he tells me that my plate was ready but that they added sauce, etc. . I finally got my plate, when all my friends had finished eating. The potatoes were cold, they didn't make sure to put new hot ones in. There is sauce on my plate too... Very disappointing as a first experience.

This business needs to be reported to Food Safety inspectors. We witnessed staff emptying half-consumed juice glasses back into pitchers to be served to other customers. We had to wonder whose backwash we had been drinking. Absolument dégueulasse. Cheese omelette is made with Cheez Whiz, not real cheese.

A bit disappointing. The combo plates are not served with fruit (although this is often the case in brunch places).There were several order errors.At the end of the meal, the waitress started charging my friends even though I hadn't even finished eating...
