I ordered the salmon poke for my wife and I, as usual, and we were impressed when it arrived. It came with almost a third of the usual - too small - dish (less than 3 spoons of rice). I was still hungry. A bowl that costs $21 and comes with rice, avocado and lettuce, why be so miserable? I've been a customer for years and always love it, but I was shocked this time. I called to complain, and the person on the phone told me that it was normal, that they were generous before. I barely finished speaking when she hung up on me. I'm sorry, but you just lost a potential customer.

Worst customer experience ever. I ordered almost $100 worth of sushi online. I was not informed that it was impossible to place the order. When I arrive there, I am told that it is impossible to serve me and reimburse me, because the employee does not have the “code”…. I leave the restaurant without sushi and without money. The next day I call the manager, and she is also unable to reimburse me, she tells me that it is the head office that must take care of it and that it will take a week.....finally, after three weeks, I called back the manager to whom I communicated my intentions to send a formal notice and she shouted at me. I called the head office on the same subject. Finally I was reimbursed and everything was settled in a few minutes…. Whereas I waited a month, and easily devoted three hours of my time to this situation to get my money back. The only compensation I was given were small starters worth barely $15…..completely insulting and ridiculous……

What a desappointment! $125 order of nigiri that doesn't look like nigiri, 2 salmon maki like that, I've never seen that. An inedible SPHYNX o-nigiri. Sticky, wet rice. I will never go there again and I do not recommend it. There was no manager on site.

We were big fans of sushi shops, but for 2-3 years, we have never managed to place an order on ubereats, each time we were refused, we decided to try again this evening, we called at 5:35 p.m., not possible to have a combo prepared on their menu, we called back 5 minutes after reworking our order, we were told that it would be ready at 7 p.m. We were called back at 6:40 p.m. to have our order canceled. How is it possible? The management needs to be reviewed in recent years, the service is mediocre.

Poor service, we had ordered a platter of sushi for 5 p.m. and when my partner came to pick them up at 4:55 p.m. with our two young children, he was told that their ordering system had malfunctioned and that it would take 15 to 20 minutes to prepare them. It ended up taking almost an hour! In addition, our order was incomplete, half a roll (Black Mamba) was missing. The manager should have offered compensation (discount, free or other), but absolutely nothing! It was the first time in several years that we changed our habits to try Sushi shop, but in the future we will stick with Yuzu, just as good and much more reliable! Unfortunately, my partner did not keep the invoice, otherwise I would have asked for compensation...

I ordered a poke bowl this evening: the avocados were black, the cucumbers very clearly expired.I asked for crispy rice and it was white rice. There are limits to what is acceptable. Either it was made a long time ago or they wanted to get rid of the vegetables.

I wanted to stop and have dinner yesterday, Friday evening. It was 6:45 p.m. I was told that if I hadn't ordered I couldn't have a meal prepared for takeout. I asked what time they closed and I was told 9 p.m....If we can't stop and order on site it would be a good idea to advertise it. I was still more than 2 hours from closing on a Friday evening. I won't stop for anything.

Worst sushi shop in the world we called at 5:20 p.m. and the guy said for 7:00 p.m. but when we arrive the madam says it's not ready and we have to wait another 30 minutes more.slave madam didn't do than repeat that they had 10 orders at the same time but after 30 minutes I think there are less than 10 orders left in any case the worst experience of my life

I ordered with doordash at 3:30 p.m., my sushi was supposed to be at my house for 5:00 p.m. At 4:30 p.m. I receive a notification that the sushi shop restaurant has REFUSED to take my order. I had 2 appetizers plus a box of deluxe chef's choice sushi (an order of over $100)I leave for work at 6 p.m. I don't have time to order from another restaurant.... thank you sushi shop... I'm going to get a big mac on the road!
