The quality has declined terribly. I hadn't been there in about 2 years. I used to say that yuzu was the least bad sushi fast food.Poor quality salmon. Undercooked rice. Taste between horrible and not really good.Very disappointed.

Please note the VG combo is not vegan, it contains mayonnaise (with eggs, bruh) and it is not mentioned on the menu. The sushimaster is super nice, she took care that the seafood didn't touch the board used, but she didn't understand when I told her I was vegan. The order was processed very quickly. The taste of the food is ordinary, the rice falls apart easily when it is outside (inedible), hoping that the recipe will be reviewed and that a vegan highlight will be opened, given this problem concerning the menu the team of the Osti de Végan gives 1 star out of 5, there is a marked risk of buying eggs without knowing it.

The restaurant is very nice but not very big. The employees were smiling and efficient.Parking: Plenty of parking but a bit difficult entry near the gate. Parking is tight but accessible.

This is a chain restaurant. Claiming "fast" food with grab and go bento and sushi boxes, etc. When ordered the poke bowl to go, was told the wait was 20 minutes. At 30 minutes, the food still wasn't ready. I asked the staff, then they made it. Ineffective expectation management, and they did not provide any status update. I had to ask for an update, then they expedited. They said they were busy fulfilling online pick up orders. Still, taking 30 minutes to make a standard poke bowl took too long. Many other poke bowl places in Canada and USA all took anywhere between 3 to 15 minutes. The price is not competitive either. Go elsewhere for poke bowl.

Very bad service, I arrive 35 minutes before closing and the girl tells me that they won't serve me because she closes 35 minutes later and I just have to choose from the displays but the displays are empty and she dares to tell me listen sir I have school tomorrow morning, we close in 35 min we won't serve you!!! It's been the 2nd time that this yuzu has done this thing to me!!!! I go to another and they serve me !!! It makes no sense !!! It's a franchise so I imagine they have standards to respect!

Very disappointed with my order placed online at 5:00 p.m. for takeaway at 7:00 p.m. I ordered the 30 piece platter for the Sunday special. I have a carrot allergy as does my girlfriend so we write a carrot allergy in the comments. They call me at 6:30 p.m. to tell me that the platters are set up in advance and that we cannot remove the carrots from the sushi... I asked 4 times if it was possible to exchange them with someone other things I am told no nothing is possible and nothing can be done..I've asked for it several times when I placed my order online and it's never been a problem, until this time.I asked for a refund since nothing was possible... What's the point of putting a section for food allergies on your online ordering platform if you don't make any changes? It may also be a lack of communication with staff.
