Food is getting more expensive and the portions are getting smaller… almost 20$ for a small poutine with chicken and barely any cheese… it used come in a bag with a fair amount, now they throw a few pieces on top

Disappointment for us this evening... we always go to the Assomption one and we always take the same thing... I have 2 young children so we take the mega poutine with a puck... and we NEVER finish the meal....by ordering the same thing at this branch, we found the portion really smaller than usual but we said ok...it might be well piled on the plate.... well no...we ate everything and everyone was still hungry afterwards...we are sure that our "mega poutine" would have fit into a regular sized dish....my boyfriend went to inform the manager of the situation and unfortunately, no receptivity on his part...other than responding to my boyfriend: sorry if we are "rotten"..loll when my boyfriend didn't even say that....in any case.. Remember...Benny's mega poutine is not that mega...very average portion of chicken also on top of the poutine...at $25 per poutine....? ??

On a Saturday evening, a lot of people in the restaurant (normal in restaurants, on a Saturday evening for dinner) half of the menu is not available, because it takes too much time for the cook to make a wrap/club sandwich/burger etc..Welcome to 2023..

I have Celiac disease (gluten allergy) - asked to be very careful, to change the gloves and also to clean or cut their chicken - this was really not done - I watched the kitchen until I received my order - not accept my order explaining to them the nature of importance - in one ear and out the other - even changing the gloves but not cleaning the counter of course I was ill cross contamination because not been serious about this illness….. it’s really sadDietary restrictions: Non gluten - don't take it seriously

The staff is young and serious, and the food is excellent! So imagine fried chicken in a restaurant, which tastes like real chicken. I'm almost shocked ? I regret not having given a bigger tip, you totally deserve it!
