These people have one job, make chicken. There were about eight people behind the counter, and in the kitchen. I stood next to a cash register, as the next one in line, and it took ten minutes, to just get my order placed. They said it would be about five minutes for the chicken. 15 minutes later, they yelled across the kitchen and told me it would be five more minutes. When I told them that's what the said 15 minutes ago, my chicken was brought out immediately. When I got home with the order, most of the breading was in the bottom of the box, and chicken was cold and greasy.

I went to the pfk de repentigny today because I ordered 2 trios with poutine via DoorDash and I received 2 trios with fries! I went to the PFK today to request my lunch and the gèran gave me a trio poutine for free but when I got home I bit into my sandwich and I was very surprised to bite into a drumstick bone of chicken !! A chicken drumstick bone in a sandwich??? So I call the restaurant and the manager answers to give me a lot of attitude and I tell him ok to go to the restaurant and he hangs up on me and says "I'm waiting for you in a very aggressive tone! What service!! To see the comments of other people I understand to what extent this restaurant does not make sense and I find it really very fortunate that we give a job to this person who does not deserve to work in customer service! What a shame !! I think an inspector will have to come and put order in this restaurant! This is very dangerous I could have choked and it would have been very serious What incompetence... how can we put a chicken drumstick in a sandwich?!

Sauce that doesn't taste like sauce, poorly cooked chicken and seriously, where is the chicken? Missing my liquor during delivery, they don't come to bring it back... Finally, it's no longer PFK... The colonel would be very disappointed... Last time for me.
