1h30 wait for cold pizza, I call to complain about having received a cold pizza after 1h30 wait and I am told that I just had to be at home because the delivery man came by twice ... Funny story, the last hour and a half I had him pass by my window and the only time the delivery guy came, I opened the door for him before he got to my steps. But the manager insisted that her delivery man came twice, without knowing what address I was calling from... Worst customer service I have ever experienced. In addition to receiving a cold pizza, the pizza was overcooked and dry. Truly pitiful. Really disappointed. Both the pizza and the service received in resolving the problem.

We went for the first time yesterday, and we loved it, the food was super good, the atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant, and what can we say about our super nice and attentive waitress. in short a great place good food and good price....one of my favorite places now
I had to call back because there were errors on my order and there were hairs in each of the dishes. This was the first and last time I ate at this restaurant. Never again...ouache...

From the very beginning, the young lady over the phone was extremely rude and seemed annoyed that I called for a delivery. I work with the public, and I have rarely seen someone with such an attitude problem. I am educated, so I am polite and calm with people, but I won't tolerate to be talked like that by someone just because they don't like their job.2- I ordered a small poutine, a regular hot-dog and a chicken sandwich. The total came up to 31$! At that price, you better grate some gold on my hot-dog and offer me some decent customer service!3- I don't mind to pay for quality, but the food is average. I didn't like the sandwich, but the poutine was fine. However, it was nothing worth the price.Overall, never again! If you feel like eating fast-food, order from Deli Plus instead. It is half the price and their employees have some manners.1

Pizza cooked in a conveyor oven, not a real pizza oven. Dough 2/5. Tomato sauce 3/5. Toppings 2/5. I believe that it is not real mozzarella that is used but imitation cheese. Ready at the promised time. Hot pizza.
