Plus qu on avance dans le temps pire que c je me suis pris un wrap du travailleur à la place il mon donné un wrap du maigrichon ça fait longtemps que je vais dans les tim hortons et c le pire tim hortons du Québec les portions sont rationner et fait tout croche pour le prix qu on paye soyez donc plus respectueux envers vos clients.

There are huge holes at the entrance to the parking lot and the drive-thru you can literally smash your car! I spoke to an employee about it 3 months ago and nothing has changed.I go there 3x weeks and there is always something missing.Especially on Wednesdays I am told that there are no donuts, no milk, almond or oatmeal.It has already happened that there is no sparkling water for TIM refreshments.I repeat to myself every week, that’s how it is.Not to mention the arrogance of some employees and the terrible waiting time.This is not a place where customer satisfaction is taken into consideration!

I strongly advise you to close Tim Horton's permanently. You are the worst Tim Horton in the area. Poor service. Very ordinary food. No smile from your employees and so on. I moved to Repentigny on Basile Routhier in 2017 and to this day, your Tim Horton's has always been very bad. The slowest Tim Horton's ever! It's still extremely slow (based on around twenty visits minimum). Waiting at least 20 minutes on average. Any sense ! (This was already the case well before the pandemic)Updated 03/09/2024Again and again the worst Tim Hortons. Today he had no more potatoes. So I got a wrap with an egg the size of a $2. Thursday 7th at 7:30pm, i went inside to pick up UberEat order for the customer, the kid with the microphone behind the counter told me the uber order is closed, so he is not making the order.Very Funny! I had the order right in my hand on my cell phone and he refused to make the order.Message to the ower of this Tim Horton, if you're not serious with your business, close it down and go be a farmer.

J'y ai été il y a quelques semaines et je m'attendais à mieux. Le temps d'attente était abominable. J'avais commandé 2 boissons sous recommandations de la caissière et 2 autres pour moi et mes amis. J'avais également acheté une boîte de 50 Timbits. Après 15 longues minutes d'attente ont avaient reçu 2 boissons sur les 4 commandé, alors qu'il n'y avait pas d'autres commandes que la nôtre c'est après 25 mins d'attente qu'on a reçu notre commande complète. Je suis donc pas mal déçu mais, les Timbits étaient bons également pour la boisson.

I hope this review will help the staff in hiring a management team.1) errors with food orders is constant - 4/5 times2) the delays in ordering and getting it is between 25-30 min - this is not an over exaggeration3) the staff is overworked due to the lack of staff4) they have trouble with their systems - sometimes they don’t accept interact5) the drive through is sometimes closedOverall… I wonder if this Tims stands a chance in this market…
