Regularly closed for lack of staff, when it's open it still lacks people, I wouldn't like to be in the place of the young girl caught alone with a line of vehicles.When it's not the staff problem, there's no iced cappuccino/no more cream cheese/missing what you want to order.This is clearly a management problem.
I don't often comment but this time it was something. At the drive-thru on a Monday 11:28. The young girl in training was very friendly but the lady who gave her training …. Ouffff. The young girl explains to us that there is no more lemonade so I am about to ask the people in the car what they wanted instead. The lady takes the microphone and speaks over the young girl, repeats to me what had just been said and stupid with a so what are you going to take? Didn't have time...read full review

Nobody answers the drive-thru, wait 15 minutes to tell me that there are no more breakfast potatoes and they will be ready in 15 minutes. They serve rock hard Boston cream donuts with no cream inside. By far the worst Tim Hortons I have seen.
