I recently visited Giorgio restaurant in Rosemère and wanted to share a few areas for improvement. First of all, I want to mention that the restaurant setting is charming and promises a pleasant experience.However, I found that the service was not up to expectations. The wait to be served was quite long, and there seemed to be a lack of coordination between the staff. In addition, it was impossible for us to make a reservation for 2 people, although when we arrived we were asked about the fact that we did not have a reservation..I think that staff training on service efficiency and a minimum of politeness towards customers could greatly improve the overall experience. I am convinced that these adjustments could make Giorgio Restaurant a must-visit destination for foodies in the region.I remain open to revisiting the restaurant in the future to see the improvements made.

First, we ask for information regarding allergies. The waitress does not come back to give us the information. Then, our pasta meals are not hot. We don't see anyone, we want to reheat. I get up with my plate to ask for reheating in the microwave. I was expecting someone to offer to bring me my dish, but no, I waited and came back with my plate. And the person with me did the same. Quite ordinary. Very disappointing.

Stop making pizzas they are filthy!!! Pizza at $25 tip and taxes included, the crust as thin as the cheese topping on top, you can see through it! It's not complicated, I threw it away.

Beautiful atmosphere the only problem is the wonderful waitress Nicole.Nicole doesn't like stupid people and likes to talk down to her customers a lot.Not user friendly at all.However, the young guy who came and gave us our dishes was very kind and loved people ?????.

After 10 years without having eaten in a Giorgio, I was looking forward to eating certain dishes from this restaurant from my childhood again, but I was unfortunately disappointed. It was no longer up to par. The quality of the ingredients has declined significantly and the prices are exaggerated ($30 for a small lasagna)

It's not worth much.They had forgotten us so after 1h10 we received our plates (there were 3 of us)Dry dry dry probably a tablespoon of sauce in my torteliniAfter complaining ++, we had a small cake, once again not edible… not 3 small cakes for each person.. 1 small cake! Lol!I should have eaten at home, it would have been really betterNot to mention it's more expensive than a fresh Italian restaurant

Very bad experience! Despite our reservation 1 week in advance, we were placed in a room that had just opened because there were too many people. This room was not heated; several customers were wearing their coats. We asked to raise the temperature but the waitresses were unable to do so. We then asked to change tables, we were transferred to another table but we never saw our waitress again and no one came to see us during the evening, not to mention the time we waited for our dish.Very disappointing.

More than special mention for the waitress and the waiter who offered to your customers and who both alone provided the service during dinner time on February 14. Two people for a full restaurant...The waitress always served her customers with a smile and delicacy, never showing a second of impatience, the same for the waiter. Each customer was served impeccably For the customers who were waiting told them that if she assigned them a table they would have to wait a while. Few people left. Fortunately another waitress arrived at the very end of this dinner period. Your staff for this Valentine's Day is worthy of mention.
