The staff is racist and unpleasant. I said nothing when the saleswoman sent me away when I asked for information on prices and again when she asked her colleague to answer for her claiming that she was tired, but when she forbade me to touch the box of sushi, literally disrespecting me, I broke down and left without consuming.I think Quebec is behind in terms of respect. There is too much racism exacerbated by lack of education.I do not recommend this restaurant because not only are they expensive and they also have no good manners.

Valentine's Day 2024 it's 4:05 p.m., we go to Yuzu located on Labelle Boulevard in Rosemere with a notice that the restaurant closes at 7 p.m. on the front door instead of 8 p.m. We enter and to our surprise, we respond "sorry we are no longer taking orders for the evening, our rush is coming."...with an air quite overwhelmed by the events. She tells us that the only food we can order is takeaway food from the display. Quite ordinary. She even gave us her own card saying FRANCHISEE OWNER. We go out and in our car, we look for another yuzu, (smart center vimont) and we ask clearly, is it possible to have a take-out order, and yes, no problem without having the impression of disturbing and they ask us even the time we would be ready to pick her up. A completely different experience compared to that of Rosemere.

Welcome, freshness, speed, ...Everything is perfect... By far the branch that stands out the most of all the branches I visited. No offense to other branches.
Option of preparing food on site or already made, a lot of varieties of sushi, a lot of diversity of dishes even a sushi sandwich. I ate an excellent poké ball (kanikama), very good. Good and clean place. Kind, courteous

Nous avons commandé aujourd’hui pour la première fois au Yuzu de Rosemère. Tout était absolument délicieux, frais et très bien présenté. Malgré un fort achalandage, nous avons eu la commande dans les temps et avec le sourire(selon mon conjoint). Nous sommes conquis et commanderons nos sushis chez-vous à l’avenir… Merci encore et à bientôt Julie!
