I recently discovered this restaurant and I have to say that it is a pasta lover's paradise. The pasta dishes are simply delicious, prepared with care and bursting with flavor. For me, it was a revelation! For anyone who loves cooking using smoking techniques, this is a must-have. I recommend the starter of smoked snails, rich and tasty, definitely a far cry from the traditional snails gratinated with garlic. Main course for me was the hamburger; smoked minced meat, homemade smoked bacon, cheddar... the intensity of flavors! Nice variety of micro beers, even one without alcohol.
