Nice front counter staff, didnt speak English but I'm in Quebec so thats fair.Didnt know what chili was, asked another staff member that did speak English that didnt seem to want to help, turns out they dont make chili here.Asked for an everything bagel, they gave a toasted bagel with nothing on it lolAll 4 TVs at the front were off so you couldnt see a menu.It'd be a good idea to show these employees another Timmies location so they know what theyre supposed to be like.Good laugh, bad job. Wont come back lol

Saturday February 20 11:00 a.m. I ordered 2 coffee ☕ medium. By 11:30 I had them. He had forgotten me!!! Employees seemed confused with customer orders. By far the worst Tim Horton I have been to. Extremely slow service, the employees understand nothing. 90% of the time your order is missing something or it's not what you asked for. Expect to be at the drive-thru for at least 15 minutes. Never give a napkin with your order. You have to ask them for the receipt (lunch reimbursed by my work) because they NEVER give it, and it takes them 20 minutes to print the famous receipt because they give it to no one and they have to print everyone who does not have don er before you. The record time I waited at a drive-thru.... 34 minutes lol and my order wasn't even what I asked for. This tim should be avoided

First, we stop there around 7 p.m.,Online order already made and paid for and there is no one in the restaurant, so we said to ourselves wow this will be quick!But no.it was missing EVERYTHING! No more bread for sandwiches, no more potatoes, no more sesame bagels, it never ended. First time I've seen this in a franchise restaurant chain like Tim.Finally, we agreed with the kitchen to make our BLTs on a small square bun. I unwrap it once in the car: no mayonnaise! No need to say that when you're hungry, you spent 20 minutes inside to correct an online order that's out of stock and you have to make the whole thing again, and the sandwich is ultra dry... not edible... We were really happy! In addition, he lacked initiative and they did not know how to make the reimbursement. We gave up to avoid spending the night there!I never complain, I never give negative opinions on any platform, but this was beyond anything I had seen! In my opinion, it lacks leadership without this place, and what's more, the cash guy was "semi-stupid" with us! While we are the disappointed customer.I go back 1 month later just for two coffees: 3 carts at the drive-thru: 16 min! There is clearly a problem!It's over for us!

I'm really disappointed in several things. To begin with the service is more than zero. I am inclined to leave a lot to chance, knowing that sometimes we can make mistakes, but here, we must insist on having dark roast coffee. We ask for twists, they are burnt in addition to not being fresh. The services are always slow, not sometimes but every time I go there. Hoping you find a way to make Tim Horton's work better.

This summer, I'm going to bring my bag of asphalt and repair it myself for $100. ? The deadlines are correct and the food is good too. Coffee always good.

Absolutely absurd! Worst restaurant I have ever been to! Wait 15 min to receive THIS! Absolutely insulting. Very long service, incompetent employees. The simple fact that this restaurant is still in business is an insult to the customers.
