I went there with a friend because we ordered Too Good To Go, but we were met with rude staff who were super rude to my friend and said half an insult in arabic because they didn't understand how to confirm the order, not knowing that I'm Lebanese and understood what was said.

The new owners are days fantastic above the past ones. The guys working the food counter are very nice and welcoming.The food as usual is very good, you know what you get when you walk into an Amir.One thing I do find unfortunate is that you're not always getting the freshest food of the hour. It depends on the clientele that day, if a lot of people are coming in, you can taste the difference in freshness (esp, the potatoes/salads). Since more customers would come in, newer batches of food would be prepared and you would be getting something that's a tad more fresh.The proportions are good considering the prices but they used to be bigger. Nothing much to say, it is decent and delicious.The atmosphere is as usual, a little bit empty with old seating that is reminiscent of 90s malls. The place has a lot of seating. A bit too much brown and beige but what can you do.Parking: There are a couple of parking spots right in front of the Restaurant. You shouldn't have too much trouble finding parking as it's a pretty okay sized parking lot serving multiple little stores next to each other.

We used to go there all the time.. with old owners, quantity vs price was there! It has changed hands in the last few months, now they are shrinking quantity in the plates (less meat) and altogether shrinking the plate sizing! We will go somewhere else!
