I placed an order for 4 pieces of chicken with fries today to be delivered to my work, they ended up in the trash.I phone the restaurant to tell them that the chicken is way too salty, the Mr on the other end tells me it's impossible, he says I'm the first to complain even though he sells at least 150 of them. per day.So I called two of my colleagues and asked them to taste the chicken without telling them anything and they also found it too salty.The worst part is that the Mr. gives me the address of another restaurant telling me that if I'm not happy that I'm going to order elsewhere it's completely impossible that his chicken is salty

We order several meals a week from my job. So very good customerOrdered a separate puck that wasn't even a little hot for $8, asked the boss for accommodation and the response was a big no! Losing face for $8 not very customer service! The word will spread internally without counting several errors with each delivery!

After waiting 45 minutes for delivery, I called to find out where they were. I was told that 45 minutes was not normal and I was delivered pizza and fries 6 minutes later after assuring me that everything would be fresh and hot. Well no! When I called again to express my disappointment, I was told nonsense. A ‘we’re sorry’ would have been appreciated… not even! Never again this place.
