I often order online at this place and each time the waitress tells me that what I am doing is not the right thing either because I had indicated the Pick Up time and it was not necessary to do it and the other time I didn't set the Pick Up time and apparently it was so that they know when to prepare my order... I go there less because I get lectured because they change their mind on how we should do it orders, when their online form is not clear, I pass my turn!

Fast service, we ordered two “Clubs”Generous portions, lots of fries.
They just served me some reheated ribs. We waited 1 hour for the order to have something reheated. The chicken was good but a little dry and the ribs were very dry and tasted like reheated meat. What a shame to make people wait so long and serve them something that was prepared another day. They call it a rotisserie. More like a “warming room” where customers are taken for idiots.
