My partner and I ate at Géraldine for the first time. The a la carte menu looked really interesting, but we opted for the Discovery menu. It included 5 services at $115 per person.The first course was scallops. Perfectly cooked, the seasoning was delicate. The waitress, however, mentioned fir oil, but we didn't taste it at all. The second course was breaded monkfish with shitake mushrooms and mash. It was by far the best dish of the evening, truly exceptional. It boded well for the future.The next 2 services were disappointing. The cheese and veal cheek risotto lacked texture and punch. We were then presented with overcooked beef fillet and dauphinoise potatoes. In a discovery menu, and especially considering the game options on the à la carte menu, we expected more than a beef fillet, potatoes and brown sauce. Especially since it was 2 courses in a row where the dominant taste was cheese. Dessert was profiteroles. Not very memorable.The atmosphere was great and the service professional. Besides the 2nd service, we were disappointed. We expected more innovative dishes, especially in this price range. We would have liked more risk on the plate with a Discovery menu.

C'était ma première visite et j'en suis très satisfaite. Le service impeccable. La nourriture délicieuse, je n'ai pas manque d'eau de la soirée. Je n'ai jamais eu à demander de l'eau. Bravo les employés c'est une belle attention. J'y retournerai dans hésiter.
Repas surprise du soir avec la selection du chef.. très mauvais ? très déçue.Le gros prix avec la surprise du trou normand qui n'était pas compris dans le prix du menu - à 110$ par tête ?♂️- et le supplément n'est pas annoncé par la serveuse.. "vous laisserez-vous tenter par...."Hum oui, mais non. ?

Plusieurs visites à ce magnifique restaurant et toujours conquise! Je me laisse surprendre chaque fois par le menu dégustation. TOUT est parfait❤️ La nouriture est excellente et toujours bien présentée (vaisselle et coutellerie sont magnifiques?) Le service est effectué avec délicatesse et attention. La formule "apportez votre vin" réduit le montant de la facture et clôt cette expérience divine. Merci à toute l'équipe du Géraldine, déjà hâte à ma prochaine visite!
