Our order was completely messed up, we didn't get the pizza we wanted in the the triple threat box... we called back to tell our complaints, didn't get a call back from the owner like promised. Until this owner or Pizza hut gives me a sign I will never go back. Boycotting pizza

Order pizza for delivery... never got it. Good choice not to pay online. Try calling multiple times but noone answers. Can't track the order live... very disappointing. Wasted 2 hours waiting.Update: pizza was suppose to arrive around 6:30- 6:45... didn't come, try calling to cancel, noone answer. Called another pizza place because we are getting hungry. At 8:00 the pizza from pizza hut arrived. I denied the delivery because I wasn't going to pay for 2 deliveries.

Good morning,I'm not in the habit of mentioning bad service but that of the Pizza-Hut in St Eustache broke all records... after more than 2 hours of waiting for my pizzas only 1 was ready and the other was not hadn't even started to be prepared... and more than half of the people waiting left before receiving their order given the monstrous waiting time... I'm definitely never going back there again.
